Save the Cowboy Aim down the sights and fire an arrow that will then cut the rope holding the cowboys. If you succeed, the game will send you to the next level that will be a bit harder. Take care not to mess anything up, since you would have to repeat the level. There is also a limited amount of arrows that you can use. So try to be as accurate as possible.
