Click on the Dosa Batter bowl to fill the spoon. Click the filled spoon on the Hot black Dosa plate to pour the Dosa. Click on the Dosa to flip it to bake to other side. When the Dosa turns brown, click to take it and place it on the serving plate on the left. Click on the plate and take it to the customer. Serve as many customers as possible in the Dhaba Any number of dosas can be prepared and kept on the plate and served as and when the customers come. The dhaba will remain open from 9 PM to midnight! f you manage to keep the Dhaba going till the end of the day without losing 5 customers then you can open the Dhaba next day too. With each day you make good business, the dhaba gets popular and rush of customers to dhaba increases. Keep track of each customers patience meter to keep the game going! Pour the batter onto the fryer and cook up some food for your customers, but don't let it burn!
