Pyramid Solitaire

Play Pyramid Solitaire. You have to combine two cards as it is written in the manual 2 with Jack, 3 with 10, A with Q, 5 with 8 . The only exception is the king, you do not have to combine this card with any other card. Any card can be put aside next to the package. If you can not continue, get more cards. When you run out of them, you are out of luck. If you manage to get rid of all cards in the pyramid, you can go to the next level.
